Slightly thinner body type is better


Aging is a process that accumulates changes in organisms or objects over time which is mainly affected by genetic and environmental factors. Of all these factors, nutrition is one of the most important parts.

The relationship between nutrition and aging embodies two respects, energy intake and diet composition. Studies suggested that energy restriction, a reasonable diet and certain nutrients, especially the intake of antioxidant nutrients is the key to anti-aging and stay young.

So far two successful experiments for anti-aging method are widely accepted.That is restricted food (mainly restricted calorie intake) and lower central body temperature. Diet restriction is one of the anti-aging ways for mammals.
 
Stunkard has made an experimet. His team watched120 elderly who are over the age of 65 and seriously ill as the observation objects. These old people were divided into two groups. The first group was controled protein calories per person per day to 50 grams, 40 grams fat while the other group restricted calorie per day, 50 grams protein, 40 grams of fat and the next day 36 grams protein, 40 grams of fat. The team wanted to observe the number of days in the course of the disease and deaths in a period of three years.
  
As a result, survival time of the caloric restriction group was 219 days. However, that time of group without restricted calories was only 123 days. The causes of death are mostly cardiovascular diseases. It also showed that the weight of caloric restriction group is lighter than that of the first group and has stronger immune which gave them longer survival time. So we can see that enhancing cellular immunity and keep slightly thinner body type are appropriate to obtain longevity. 

Frank put forward five principles of anti-aging diet. It is mainly targeted supplement nucleic acids, minerals and vitamins:
1. Eat less fat. And take fish and honey as a replacement of meat and sugar.
2. Do not eat or eat less refined grains.
3. More fresh vegetables and fruits.
4. Take more raw food.

In short, you need some changes in your diet and help from some trusted health products for a longer life. You should remember enough whole food supplements are needed. And to take fruit and vegetable supplements is an important measure for anti-aging.
