My Weight Loss Story

Rosalie Bradford once held Guinness World Record for being the heaviest and losing the most weigh on the planet and for losing the most weight. In 1987, the longtime binge-eater weighed an astounding 1,199 lb. More shocking news is that it’s 8 years for her to spend in bed and be immobile there. However, after she started exercising following an intervention from Richard Simmons, she amazingly eventually slimmed down to about 200 lb.

It’s heard that he could only clap her hands at the beginning of weight loss by the help of Simmons. I can not imagine how she completed this arduous task to lose weight. There isn’t so many news or information if you search for her in Google now. Her success seems unbelivable. After overeating for a year and my weight stright up, her story shocked me. I tried so many ways back to my weight. Reducing diet, even just one meal for a day, health products for effective weight loss, not to metion kinds of weight loss supplements, all these measures were taken but failed. I quickly gave up and let the weight gain untill touched her story. Perseverance is the key to get successful weight loss. Whether to reduce diet or do exercise, you should put enough time and make health plan suitable for yourself. She gave me the courage to lose weight and face to failure. I began to do exercise and run healthy diet based on plenty of nutrition after consulting with my doctor. Two months have passed; weight loss achieved initial success as I reduced 2kg. Here are a few tips to share with colleagues to lose weight.

1. Eat five small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals.
2. Go walking for 60 minutes at least a day.
3. Drink Lemon Water.
4. Stay away from alcohol.

A few girls prefer to choose health products. Here I want to remind them that not all the health products are healthy. If you insist to use weight loss products, make sure to select natural products, or some fruit and vegetable supplements.
