Nutritional supplements: Curtailing allergic reactions

Allergies are brought about by a situation where by the immune system fails to decode a typical non poisonous substance and classifies these substances as intruders. The system thus retaliates to the threat by sending histamines to defend it.

Histamines emit different bodily responses like breathing and nose complications, skin rashes, headaches and increased production of mucus. If the perceived threat materializes in form of a flu virus the body reactions would provide an important defensive wall to tackle the intruder. They will trap and excommunicate it and thus one should have adequate rest to recover from this barrage. However, for the false alarms the body would over react unnecessarily.

Allergic reactions have no direct explanations and are not genetic in nature. Mucus piling up in the body can cause irritation and thus an allergy may become eminent. Stress and a weak immune system are known to contribute to allergic reactions.

The CAUSES
Once the immune system invades a harmless component, allergies are bound to be triggered. Allergy reactions are caused by triggers such as mold, grass, hay, dust, feathers among many others. The causes of allergies can be summarized as follows;
