The first out of these two is pretty obvious, meaning that you should find a service provider which will offer an internet connection at a price you are happy with. You should always try to find a service provider which will provide you with a decent enough internet connection speed. If this is not the case, you will end up signing a contract with a service provider which offers service of poor quality and you will be stuck with the provider for the time of the contract.
