Natural Colon Cleansing for a Better Body
Regular bowel movement is considered to be one of the most important conditions of a functional and healthy body. The intestines are a major sewer for toxins which are leaving the body and it is important to prevent any potential constipation with a natural colon cleansing process.
Natural colon cleanse helps remove the hardened fecal matter layers which can stick to the walls of the intestines. These layers can cause the intestines to become misshapen and start collapsing and building pressure on the other organs in addition of not letting toxins out of the body. Weight loss supplements can improve circulation all they want and helpful for immune support, but if the main toxin outlet is out-of-order, they will never do much productive work. A clean colon is the base of a person’s health and should be taken care of properly.
This process does not necessarily involve releasing a stream of water in the rectum. It can be helpful for acute situations and for older people who are chronically constipated. Some people take delight in mixing the water prematurely with sodium bicarbonate or various floral waters to achieve a greater effect. But a natural colon cleansing does not have to be a dreaded experience. There are many other ways to make the experience more enjoyable. True, it might last longer and the results take longer to show, but the course of action here depends on the individual decision and urgency of the situation.
However, there is a quick solution which might take a day or two. But it can still be painful for most people. Natural colon cleansing can be done by fasting one day and drinking a few cups of warm lemon juice per day, and a lot of water naturally. Unfortunately, not everybody is ready for fasting so there should be some preparation before.
The preparation should consist of eating a raw food diet for a few days. Some organic health products can help improve the nutrition value during this period and repair the body maximally. This diet also cleanses the colon, but not to such an extent as fasting with warm lemon juice does. But this step should not be skipped in haste, because the body can only take as much abuse at a time. Yes, even too much improvement can be considered abusive for the body which cannot adapt to changes too quickly. This is especially true for an important and fundamental thing like natural colon cleansing.
